Bali's over... Konichiwa Japan
So Ubud was going smoothly, but I came down with fevers and profound fatigue and was super sick for 1 week. Bali really to investigate this Bali Belly as it just seems everyone gets it, feels like more than India and Mexico. However, there are hardly any, and can't be much because actually bacterial culture costs close to 100 bucks. I can't seem to find anything on mandatory reporting of infectious agents and have a feeling there's nothing.
I had a strange rash on my hands which became very itchy (this would not be typical of dengue). I was with friend who also got sick and therefore, probably some virus.
One thing I keep forgetting, plane etiquette. I find that on almost every plane, I see people who put their seat back blindly without looking whose behind them. I really think this could be great way to decide who to cull to help with population control, these people are the worst.
Bali is full of MANY characters, the people watching in any place is half the fun. I've seen quite a few Australians with mullets that look awful, one guy was asked about his stupid haircut and he said "to cause my mother pain and agony", it all made sense after this. It seems that almost everyone there has tattoos.
The weather is a bit cold starting out, but I'm a bit sick of heat and mosquitos. I spent the first night in a capsule hotel, was interesting and we will not be doing that again :P As the weather was pretty bad, I stayed around my accommodations in Shibuya. I went to a conveyer belt sushi was a a blast, essentially I press a button and my sushi orders gets spit out of a machine and lands in front of me! I checked out the Mega Don
